Our style of cookery is fresh, seasonal and locally sourced. We strive on really good fresh food - creating weekly menu's to suit the weather and what's locally supplied to us. The samples below are sample menu's - not confirmed items for the week of your visit.
As we cook seasonally, we love vegetables as they go through the season and adding in our vegetables from the farm itself with our other great suppliers, such as the delicious Isle of Wight Tomatoes and Secretts Farm fresh vegetables that arrive with us.
Our meat is sourced from a local butcher and we are proud to work with them for interesting ingredient's and to create dishes.
We rely on our fishmonger to report in the weekly special's and we delight ourselves in fresh fish everyday and will seek out the best fish locally - be it shellfish or river trout from Chalk Stream Trout.
The restaurant does not turn tables so please allow 2 hours for a 3 course meal as each dish is cooked to order and we do not like to rush our guests.
Our brunch menu is packed full of key breakfast ingredient's - our chickens provide our eggs - we plan to expand our menu hugely and have some great plans afoot with Ollie at the helm.
