Our style of cookery is fresh, seasonal and locally sourced. We strive on really good fresh food - creating weekly menu's to suit the weather and what's locally supplied to us.
As we cook seasonally, we love vegetables as they go through the season and adding in our vegetables from the farm itself with our other great suppliers, such as the delicious Isle of Wight Tomatoes and Secrett's Farm fresh vegetables that arrive with us.
We have some old favourite's that regularly appear like the uber popular beef chilli with nacho's or grilled avocado with garlic and chilli tiger prawns.
Our meat is sourced from a local butcher and rumour has it our bacon sandwiches with homemade chilli jam are THE BEST!!!
We rely on our fishmonger in Portsmouth to report in the weekly special's and we delight ourselves in fresh fish all the time and seafood for Friday and Saturday's - crab and lobster - nothing beats fresh lobster and chips!
Our brunch menu is packed full of key breakfast ingrident's - our chickens provide our eggs - we plan to expand our menu hugely and have some great plans in our head.
