Now every tasting dinner is different, but here we share our latest tasting dinner and this is for Saturday 5th March, Introduction to Spring

 

Prawn fritter, curried rouille
Wild garlic sauce, crispy West End egg, red onion marmalade
Poached lobster, almond gnocchi, bisque puree, rock samphire
Best end of lamb, beetroot spring cabbage, celeriac fondant, chard, spring onion
Lemon sharpener
Poached rhubarb, set custard, gingernut crumble
